Guidelines to Author

International Journal of Darshan Institute on Engineering Research and Emerging Technologies (IJDI-ERET) invites the submission of manuscripts for every issue which meet the aim and scope of the Journal. Interested authors can submit article any time of the year, however, deadline for January issue is 31st December and that for July issue is 30th June.

Open Access Statement

  • IJDI-ERET is loyal to open access for academic work. All the research articles published in this journal are free to access immediately from the date of publication. No fees of any kind is charged from any reader to download articles for their own scholarly use.
  • IJDI-ERET also operates under the Creative Commons License CC-BY. This allows any user to distribute, remix, tweak, and build upon the work published in the journal, provided that they credit the original authors in all cases. All authors publishing with the IJDI-ERET accept these as the terms of publication.

Submitting Manuscript

Authors should prepare the manuscript as per or using the IJDI-ERET paper template . Manuscript in English language will only be accepted. Authors should carefully proof read the manuscript before submitting. Manuscript can be submitted either as Microsoft word format (.doc or .docx) or pdf. However, camera ready version of the paper to be submitted after review process has to be strictly in Microsoft word format. Authors must specify in their manuscript the type of the article which they think is the most suitable for their work (see aim and scope section of the Journal). The paper should not exceed 10 pages in Journal paper format.

Manuscripts may be submitted online. In case of any difficulty it can be submitted electronically by e-mail attachment to the submissionijdieret@darshan.ac.in. It is not required to submit the copyright form at the time of manuscript submission for review, however, it is assumed that the author has gone through IJDI-ERTE Copyright Status form and agrees to the conditions mentioned.

Authors are requested to strictly follow Journal template. It is understood that the same work has been neither submitted to, nor published in, another publication. Parallel submission of papers in different journals or conferences is an offence and we highly discourage it. Authors are requested to avoid plagiarism and follow publishing ethics and regulations.

Review Process

All manuscripts will be subject to a well established, fair, unbiased peer review and refereeing procedure, and are considered on the basis of their significance, novelty and usefulness to the Journals readership. The reviewing structure will always ensure the anonymity of the referees. The review output will be one of the following decisions:

  • Accept
  • Accept with minor changes
  • Accept with major changes
  • Reject

The review process may take variable time depending on the response from reviewer. However the journal aims to offer minimum turnaround time from submission to review decision to promote fast publication. Any notification on paper in process will be communicated to the corresponding author by email. Should authors be requested by the editor to revise the text, the revised version should be submitted within stipulated time. Authors who need more time are kindly requested to contact the Editor. The Editor reserves the right to reject a paper if it does not meet the aims and scope of the journal, it is not technically sound, it is not revised satisfactorily, or if it is inadequate in presentation.

Once the paper is accepted for the publication author(s) have to submit final camera-ready version of the paper in Microsoft word format and IJDI-ERET Copyright Status form duly filled. Copyright Status form can be submitted either in hardcopy or scanned copy can be sent through e-mail to the Editor. Accepted paper will not be published without Copyright Status form submitted.

Publication Charges

The Journal has NO publication or processing charges of any kind. Also being committed to open access NO fee is levied for accessing published articles.

Journal Circulation

Journal is open access and all the accepted papers will be available on-line (free access). Journal in printed form is sent to the subscribers and is also distributed free among selected institutes and organizations for the benefit of the community.
